Adding docket names

Docket names are short item descriptors that can be used on production dockets and bump screens. It improves efficiency by allowing the kitchen and bar to use concise item labeling for quicker recognition and processing during peak service times.

This is currently supported only on our native bump screens. Bump screens powered by Bump-It are not supported at this time.
