You can add custom logos to customer receipts and invoices to reinforce your brand identity and create a more professional appearance. This feature is available for compatible Epson printers through the Epson TM Utility app for iOS, Android, and Windows devices.
This functionality is offered directly by Epson via the Epson TM Utility and is not a built-in feature of Lightspeed Restaurant (O-Series). It is shared here for guidance purposes only, as we do not officially support logo printing.

Make sure your logo is saved on the device you're using to access the TM Utility, and that the printers are properly configured and connected to the POS. The process for adding a logo is generally the same whether you're using the app or a Windows device.
The logo will be included on every kitchen docket printed from the printer. To prevent logos from appearing on dockets, only add logos to dedicated receipt printers.
