When contacting Support or your Account Manager, you may be asked to provide your Site ID and Company ID. These are unique identifiers used to locate and manage your account within Lightspeed.

How to find your Site and Company ID
- Log in to your Lightspeed.
- Click Help & Support.
- Your Site ID will be under the Troubleshooting heading.
