Frequently asked questions

Can I import the menu from my website?

No. Importing menus directly from a website is not currently supported. Instead, you can take a screenshot of the menu on your website and upload the image for import.

What if the system makes a mistake when importing my menu?

Before you import your menu, you can review all items detected by the AI menu importer. Any item the system isn't confident about is flagged with an explanation, such as "Price unclear, we read this as $12.50." You can edit the name, price, or any other details before completing the import. Alternatively, if you spot any issues after importing, you can update your menu in Back Office.

Can I cancel the import before it's completed?

You can cancel the import any time before you clicking Import products in the final step. However, once the import begins, it can no longer be canceled.
