This guide covers the different types of Partners we currently work with and how we certify each of them.

Types of Kounta Partners
Advisors
You’re a bookkeeper, accountant, or good all-round business advisor who wants to add and promote Kounta as part of your mix of services.
You may also be a Kounta customer, hardware supplier, consultant or just love what Kounta is.
Simply share Kounta with your clients - we'll take care of the rest - and you'll earn a referral fee.
The Advisor program is hands-off, casual, and designed for accounting and bookkeeping professionals.
Specialist
Specialists POS gurus who empower businesses by helping customers select the best hardware, guiding them through installation, and providing training and ongoing support. Specialists have the opportunity to grow with Kounta and Kounta Add-on partners. We expect our Specialists to know just as much about Kounta as we do.
Earn money from the complete set of services you offer and share in the revenue.
The Specialist program is deeply hands-on and designed for people who provide Point of Sale and integration services.
Developer
Build and integrate with Kounta to help us create the future of Point of Sale and make stores better
You can or have already built an awesome online or mobile product or service that can work well with Kounta to make Point of Sale awesome.

Certification Pathway
Follow the steps below to become a certified Advisor, Specialist or Developer
2. Tap on Partners on your left-hand menu
3. Select Get Certified from the horizontal menu
4. You will be taken to the Certification area where you can see the various certification pathways
5. Select Apply for your desired pathway
6. Follow the steps until completed
