The Tyro Cost Analysis Reports can be used to evaluate your payment processing efficiency and monitor financial trends over time. It also gives a comprehensive view of your payment processing costs, transaction volume, and fees to improve profitability.
If you've integrated Tyro with Lightspeed, you can cross-reference reports from the Tyro Merchant Portal with Lightspeed Insights to validate revenue across different payment types.
To access your Tyro Cost Analysis Report:
- Log in to the Tyro Merchant Portal.
- Enter your username and password.
- Click Login.
- In the left-hand menu, click Costs.
- Select Cost Analysis.
- Select the month you'd like to generate the reports for. If you would like to get a clear overview of your average rates and spot consistent trends, we recommend downloading your three most recent reports.
- Click Generate report.
- Choose your preferred export option between CSV, Excel for spreadsheets, and Print. Selecting Print will generate a PDF.
